Housing Programs

We are a Community Housing Development Organization (C.H.D.O.) with the purpose of providing the opportunity for affordable and desirable housing for low to moderate income residents of Lebanon and Wilson County.

Inner-City Locations in Lebanon, TN

  • Sycamore Street (8 units)
  • Joseph Street (3 units)
  • East Market Street (12 units)

Affordable 2 and 3 bedroom units for low and moderate income families.

A non-profit 501 c(3) organization with the objectives of:

  • Providing the opportunity for affordable and desirable housing for all low to moderate income residents of Lebanon and Wilson County.
  • Fostering a collaboration between local government, neighborhood organizations, business and civic leaders and other individuals, agencies, and organizations interested in expanding housing opportunities for low to moderate income households.
  • Combating the local problems of substandard housing conditions through rehabilitation of existing substandard housing units.
  • Developing new housing facilities in the place blighted structures or blighted vacant sites in existing inner-city areas for the purpose of combating the deterioration of the community and contributing to its physical improvement.
  • Promoting the application of design standards that will enable housing developments and units to meet the special needs of diverse segments of the low and moderate income housing market.
  • Providing homebuyer education to low and moderate income residents of Lebanon and Wilson County.
