The Wilson County Civic League Senior Citizens group meets on Wednesdays at the Market Street Community Center.

We participate in activities such as quilt making, arts and crafts, luncheons, and games. In addition, we provide Thanksgiving baskets for the needy.

During Christmas we sponsor a party for the Civic League members.

We sponsor field trips for our members in which the community is invited.
​​
Various speakers share information on healthcare and community matters that are of interest to our members

We provide and distribute meals to our members who are sick and shut in.
